We arrived in Bordeaux on one of the wonderful trams that glide through the city. We caught the Tram from Parc des Expositions which was near our campsite (Yelloh! Village Camping Bordeaux Lac) It was about 25 minutes journey from outside of the City. A single fare was 1.50€.
