The Flour Pot is a modern British bakery, Made in Brighton. Their commitment is to all things artisanal and delicious. They are obsessive about the details of their craft, passionate about the experience they create, and in love with the idea that something so special can be created out of three simple ingredients – flour, water, and salt. The coffee is of top quality, and the bread tastes amazing. For breakfast, they offer freshly baked pastries. For lunch try the freshly baked pork and fennel sausage rolls, traditional croques, or vegan rolls, or a tasty sandwich. Enjoy their famous Brighton Blackout, they have a delicious range of whole-cutting cakes for any occasion including that big celebration. Delicious cakes and Bread are available to take away, from long fermentation sourdough loaves to their traditional classic white farmhouse, ciabatta and focaccia loaves, explore their legendary range.
