The lovely L’Ametlla de Mar Costa Dorada is a charming coastal town located in the province of Tarragona, Spain. Thirty minutes drive South of Salou. We arrived and parked in the harbour car park which was free of charge. There are a few car parks around the town. From here we walked around the fishing harbour and then along the coastal path South. We didn’t do a massive walk, turning around after about 35 minutes in the direction of town.
Firstly, the town is known for its beautiful beaches. From the serene Cala Pepo to the bustling Alghero beach, L’Ametlla de Mar has something for everyone.
